地點：蒲種團結村逾10戶割地給“幽靈”單位,重新規劃屋地變小 中国报 11-2-2008 http://www.chinapress.com.my/content_new.asp?dt=2008-02-11&sec=local&art=0211lk02.txt 團結村重新規劃后，居民住家土地面積變小 （蒲種10日訊）蒲種團結村進行重新規劃后，出現“幽靈”單位，居民赫然發現屋子土地遭分割，另興建其他單位，使原本只有逾190個單位的新村，增加至230單位。 也因此至少有10間屋子被迫各別割出屋后10尺的土地，作為該“幽靈”單位興建后開路用途，引起居民不滿。 團結村于2006年，在梳邦再也市議會計劃下進行重新規劃，市議會允諾，事后居民可獲得地契，並且要求居民等待土地局徵收圖測費及地稅通知信函等。
