Jangan sampai orang kata teresa kok umumkan pengambilan tanah.
You will see how the other half of the population does not eat pork, and the other half can eat but may not also eat. That means, it is more than 2/3 don’t really care whether pig farms do exist.
What is your intention to do thing that only 1/3 supports such a scheme?.
YB,
KALAU BENARLAH PROJEK INI MAHU DITERUSKAN, BUATLAH DIKAWASAN PENEMPATAN RAMAI CINA,.
DAN DIHARAPKAN YB TURUT TINGGAL DALAM LADANG TERSEBUT SUPAYA SENANG MEMBUAT PEMANTAUAN MASALAH RAKYAT…
Good point Razman!! Teresa Kok you should build the plant thousand miles away from community. I would suggest you build it in PULAU BESAR. Since you Chinese can’t live without pork and we Malays never really appreciate the poor animal, you should have it where nobody will complaint or protest. I see PULAU BESAR as the best location for your project. The island is secluded, huge, far from multiracial community (basically only Chinese lives there) and you can process the waste with whatever biotech without endanger the environment.
I STRONGLY DISAGREE that you are still building the plant in SEPANG!! Next you’ll see big headlines “SMELLY PIGS CHASE AWAY TOURISTS!”
Like it or not Teresa, you have to listen to the society, be it Chinese, Indian or Malay. It’s part of social responsibility. Don’t forget, the people have the voting power. If we can vote for DAP, we too can tumble DAP. Look what happened to BN..just don’t do the same mistake. Think wisely.
hello
my name is mike hor
i stay in petaling jaya and working in bio-tech and electrical engineering and consulting company.
We have dealing this type of project before at thailand with our partner. This 2 pig farm are running on high tech management and proces system. All the pig waste is use to generate electricity and still can export back to system line. This pig farm is also certified under CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) which make the ROI (Return Of Investment) very short. With our Bio-tech department we even can make the pig farm with smell and free of any harmfull bacteria and the grow are more faster.

To sorimas, sao, and razman,
I have to agree that you have your own point of view towards this issue. I understand that the organism, pig is tagged with a dirty, haram, and an animal that is only born with one single nerve on its neck. I clearly know the dirtiness and the affect of the project towards the environment. However, dude, this is Malaysia, a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-lingual country. Think wisely, we, Malaysian, (Malay, Chinese, Indian, and others minority.) are supposed to be opened minded, and be prepared to accept and respect each others culture and beliefs. Is it really a matter of how many percent of our population consume pig? Is it the right way if we Malaysian, have every of our policy be biased and only benefit the majority of one race? We, all of us are Malaysian! Instead of being so naive in treating this issue by relating a newly established local government with a racist mask (and showing yourself as a racist by suggesting the establishment of the project in a chinese populated area or asking the MP to live in the farm), PLEASE, PLEASE try to improve the way you think, PLEASE be rational and think like a truly MALAYSIAN, PLEASE analyze and have some research on the project. List up the pros and cons of the project. Is it really that bad to gather up the farmer and eliminate the problem of pollution by trying to modernize the farming? The method that they will use in the farm is called E3 Biofuels’ Efficient Closed-Loop Ethanol Plant. They manage to use the animal waste to reproduce energy. It is not only energy efficient (decrease the cost), it reduces global warming, and it is proved to reduce both air and water pollution. Not only the German, both the American and Australian use the same method in boosting their countries’ GDP in Agriculture area. Does that means they disrespect the other population who doesn’t eat pork? I believe that you will be able to find the brief introduction of this method in Form 3 or 4 Science textbook. Is that really an insensitive towards others culture issue? If you look at it rationally, this is merely an effort, an extra hard effort by the newly founded state government in improving the condition of the resident. They try to settle the problem of the pollution which gives a harsh time to the Malay and they try to boost up the state’s economy by using a wise way which benefits all party. It is pity that some of the extremist who still don’t understand the basis of Malaysia to get bewildered in this issue. My fellow Malaysian buddies, I sincerely wish that my beloved country and the way of thinking of Malaysian will improved. Destroy the Berlin Wall (races issue) of Malaysia. It’s never too late to start to be a true Malaysian!

By the way, the proposed project is a RM100 million state of the art facility, which is cleaner than the corrupt ……………………..
Eido1234,
Dude nincompoop, you don’t answer my question rightfully, do you practice minority rule here, this is democratic country, majority always win.
Extremly agree wif wat Eido1234 had mentioned above….Today, mostly of us are educated but the way we act and think, nvr shown that we been educated. From that, i can foresee wasasan 2020 semakin jauh drpd kita….A developed country, it need a group of rational thinking ppl who act objectively..But sad to claim that MAJORITY of Malaysia doesn’t equip with that capability…
God Bless Us….
Mike hor has answered all problem that those ppl worried about. Eido has answered sao Q. Sao you have problem of understanding what eido have said. Do you think ISA under so call majority is right? No wonder BN always “win” and implementing and even changing constitution. You need to take care of every one feeling. Since you say “You will see how the other half of the population does not eat pork, and the other half can eat but may not also eat. That means, it is more than 2/3 don’t really care whether pig farms do exist.” As you says don’t really care, so just don’t care those who want to do, as long as what mike hor says is thru with scientific proof. But I think some one try to manipulate fact and figure. Please visit this site.

No matter wat, i do believe that every teaching of the religion teaches their ppl to act in good faith and be reposible and accountable. Konsep akhlak islam – tdk tamak, tdk m’bazir dan tdk mementingkan diri sendiri, kemewahan & kejayaan perlu dicapai tanpa m’musnahkan makhluk lain. Begitu juga, m’jamin manusia m’jalin ikatan sosial sesama manusia, terhadap alam, makhluk2 lain, negara, ummah dan Rasul, utk m’bina tamadun yg harmoni and dihormati. Jz don’t want ppl have the wrong perception abt Islam upon the minority publish.. Cheers 😀
Sao,
I believe that every rational democratic country practices a system which benefits the country and the resident the most. Those elites who are elected to represent us in the parliament should be able to decide policies which will contributes to the development of the country. While spending their time for the majority, I believe that they also will try their best in improving the situation of the minority.
(I have to agree with you that the majority almost win most of the time. But, does that means what the majority thinks always is right? Galileo Galilei(the father of modern science a.k.a the minority at his time) proposed the corrected geocentric view while the Catholic Church (which represents the majority) prohibited his viewpoint, leading to the delay in the development in astronomy field. Does the winning of the majority always help in development?)
I believe that the government should review the opinion of the majority but apply what they think is the best for Malaysia. There is no point to segregate or pinpoint who or how many percentage of the “Malaysian” will support this project.
(If you insisted that the majority of the Malaysian against the project, (in which I have faith on the level of intelligence of Malaysians and I do not think that this is or will be a matter of fact), you should make a survey on it to ensure that it represents the majority.)
Instead of following the “majority” trend, open up your mind, think rationally and follow what you think is the best for the nation.
Lets analyze who will receive benefits from this project and see if it benefits the majority or minority of the society (If that really matters). No matter on how do we feel, it’s a matter of fact that pig farm contributes on the agriculture income of Malaysia. It causes pollution , racism, and epidemic issues to the Malaysian. However, it cannot be eliminated. (Elimination of it will causes economic decay(less income, loss of job, and the money needed to import pigs)…etc.
So, sao, does economic decay benefits anyone? In the other way round, the modernization of the agriculture segment (which will happen in every other country on the earth – it just a matter of time) gives extra income to the agriculture segments (means extra money for the development of country or possibly extra money for duit kopi if the government segment still doesn’t willing to change), eliminates the pollution (which causes problem to everyone no matter who or which races they are), and helps in reducing the global warming (Well, this is a global issue which probably will play a huge role in determining the fate of our future descendants. It doesn’t bring as much pride to the country as signing the Kyoto protocol, nevertheless, it contributes in reducing the Green gases in a smaller scale.)
So, whats the conclusion here? Does the project benefit the majority or minority?
Sao, if you still insisted that i am biased from your question. This will be my answer:
Majority rule is the major principle of the democratic country, however, there are a lot of democratic systems which do not strictly adhere the majority rule. Instead of having my to believe that my beloved country is following the tyranny type of democratic rules which ignore the minority ( I think you mean those who raise and eat pork in this issue), I believe that my country Malaysia, is following a right way towards representative and LIBERAL democracy, the democracy system which includes the elements of civil liberties and human rights, the system where the minority rights is often protected. Majority doesn’t always win in democratic country, there can be a scheme where no one is loser. ^^ (A scheme which I wish to see soon.)
Anyway, I think that the state government should provide detail information and explanation on the project and let the resident judge on it.
Pig farming is no different from poultry, sheep or cattle farming. All possess the same hygiene and environ risks, no one better than the other.
Pigs are the earliest domesticated animals compared with other forms of livestock like cattle for food.
Pork is the most popular and widely eaten meat in the world, providing about 38 percent of daily meat protein intake worldwide. This means it is time tested as a proven food source.
Religious issues cloud any discussion on pigs and pork consumption in Malaysia, and most discussions are consequently groundless and irrational, be it on farming or consumption.
The same applies to kosher/halal meat. There is no such thing, apart from fanciful religious superstitions. Peoples’ fears and beliefs are mostly religion inspired irrationality and prejudices.
Let veterinarians, dietiticans and scientists advice us on these matters. There plenty on scientific research on this subject on the web.
Sao,
There is a quote for the precious adjective “nincompoop” which you used in your previous reply to me,
“It is true of idiots, that the more absurd and foolish they are, and the more their opinions diverge from those universally held, the more likely are they to utter no word which they will wish to recall” by St. Augustine
The pig farming in sepang is using new technology and not the open system.. The old system is very bad… I know about it because my house in Bukit Pelandok,N.Sembilan…..
The N.Sembilan State gov propose a site for pig farming, but I think nobody took the offer.. because of the cost do doing pig farming in that area..
So everyone please be open minded & don’t fall on the BN Plot which is to make people who voted Pakatan Rakyat think that they have made a big mistake.. which could make BN win back Selangor State in the next election… be carefull all… I know this because my great-great grandfather is a BN Exco, he told my father about it.
TQ
Hidup Pakatan Rakyat (PKR,DAP,PAS)
Choices:
1. Let all the breeders be were there are…all shut-up…BUT no!.. BN chase them here and there.!!
In Melaka, they even force close the breeder’s generation business..and home town farms..
In you let them be, then what happen when nearby towns grow bigger ..?
2. Give them a place to breed away from towns..
The (2) is a compromised solution. BN knows that!
I think cow and goats also very smelly…
GIVEN that:
“Pork is the most popular and widely eaten meat in the world, providing about 38 percent of daily meat protein intake worldwide. This means it is time tested as a proven food source.”
THEN: We can well EXPORT!!!!!!! BN ‘s economy flop..
Its the “devil” that was bad.ver bad devil….. NOT the animal..LAH.
Given also that if there is famine.. we can all consume pork … so so what if one day one day.. there occur fever for goat flu and mad cow..!!!
Those oppose pig are POLITICAL for their end…
If we are like them.. WE VEGETARIAN will…

Well, people who use right brain like to wage war, sometime brainy and useful people use left brain more often; you bloke deserve the kind of your type of people around, never care about other people need, tell you what, next time I won’t vote DAP, just give you a try, but you are a snake really, nothing else.
My fellow Malaysians in respect of pig rearing many issues had been brought up and discuss. Among them are religion, social economic, environment & culture. Rather than being negative towards the project search within ourself the positive ways of handling it. There are no quick solutions. To overcome it we need to be tolerance and considerate. Even in countries with a single religion or a single race they still face a lot of problems what more to say about our country Malaysia whose citizenry make up is more complex. All of us Malaysian has to be wise. Lets walk the middle path of non-extremism.
Don’t understand why you people are so against this project.
There is the Environmental Minister to approve the EIA and Jabatan Pembetungan & Perparitan to approve the waste water treatment plant. All these are under Federal Govt, the BN controlled one!
sao,
well sao, can you be more mature and think rationally. Do you think that will be a big deal for DAP if u don’t vote them. They are not your choice, is ours choice. BN accepted the failed and hope to have a changed. Perhaps, they will change better and win back 2/3 of the majority. They have approved the project, but why are u still stubbornly refuse the innovation. You didn’t give any valuable suggestion at here but just raise up the racism issues. What are your purpose of doing these? To build a berlin wall instead of break it? Some additional information for u , a complete truely intelligent is a person who apply both their left brain and right brain like leonardo da vincci. But not like what you said, “people who use right brain like to wage war, sometime brainy and useful people use left brain more often”—>fabricate and ridiculous.
Hi Sao,
I have read all your responses posted here, but I don’t really get you your point. OK let discuss with rationale and don’t just criticise for the sake of critisizing.
You mentioned about “pork”, “1/2 not eat, 1/2 of 1/2 can eat but not eat (BTW where you got this statistic please quote if there are any), so add up 2/3 not eat and only 1/3 eat”, “intention” and “only 1/3 supports”(This one also, where you got this figure please quote), right?
Please note that, those that “not eat” doesn’t mean that they do not support. Anyway let’s assumed your statistic are correct, only 1/3 supports. I still confused, is you question about;
First, what is “the intention for this project” or
Second, what is “the intention to build pig farm”
My answer to the two question above.
For the first question, The intention for this project is clearly stated by current MB Selangor, is to solve the pollution issue cause by the existing pig farms that are currently operating there. Please note that, after the moderm pig farm is built, all existing pig farms will be forced to migrate in and operate in the newly built modern pig farm. The wastewater treatment facilities in the modern pig farm will be able to recycle all the wastes produced by those pigs. The final discarge wastewater will have no harm to the environment. In long run, the condition of the water in the river will change and the pollution issue will be solved. So this project is for the good of everyone staying in that area regardless of muslims or non-muslims. So what’s wrong?
For the second question, the “intention” doesn’t exists here. This is only the first project of modern livestock farming. According to current MB, pig farm is choosen because this is an Approved project with detail research from previous MB and they just implement it. After this project, more modern farms will be built for other livestock. So is just coincidence, no special “intention”.
If you were talking about environment issue, I guess I have answer your question. But if you are talking about religious issue
, where “intention to build pig farm that some muslims not support”. I only can agree with you on “some muslims” but not “all muslims” because I did heard quite a number of muslims support or no problem about this project.
If this is the issue, I want to tell you that whether you like it or not Malaysia is a secular state. Everyone has their freedom on their believe and right to do anything that is not against the federal law. So you can’t force other to believe in what you believe in. If you insist on pig farming is offending your believe and religious and must be eliminated from the soil of Malaysia, I want to ask you a question.
“What is the different between you and Osama Bin Laden ?”
In year 2001, Osama Bin Laden destroy the Buddhas of Bamyan statues (built during 600DC) because he don’t believe and felt offended therefore the statues were eliminated from the soil of Afghanistan.
Let’s Be Rational.
Regards
Sao,
After carefully review what you wrote. I think I deserve an explanation on what you said? What kind of person do you think I am? A snake? A traitor? Or perhaps a tyrant(since you mentioned that I don’t care about other people need? Did I? If I did, I will say sorry to those who I ignored and changes my viewpoint in this issue.)
“people who use right brain like to wage war, sometime brainy and useful people use left brain more often”
I have no idea which part of brain I use more, however, I am sure that both parts are functioning well. This is the first time that I heard those people who use right brain like to wage war? Don’t you use the right part of your brain? Does that means you deny the application of mathematics, imaginations, language, and intuition in your right brain? As far as I know, the Renaissance man, Leonardo da Vincci applied both part of his brain.
You said that you won’t vote DAP next time. I can’t help with that. I am not working with DAP. A vote is an individual’s act to support or shows his preferences. Your vote is in your hand. It is up to you on how to help in shaping and determining the future of our country. I will be wise in using my ticket and I hope the others will be the same too. DO WHAT YOU THINK IS THE BEST FOR THE COUNTRY. Act wise for the country. (Use both the right and left side of your brain~ logical thinking and imagination)
Halo kawan kawan,
We can debate till our computer screen full with salivas. Since pig farming was such a sensitive issue, the state and federal goverment should look into long term solution. Relocate this pig farming to unhibited islands solely for pig farming only throughout Peninsular let say 4-5 islands, however we musn’t sacrifice environmental issues. Most of my friend are coming from pig farmers and I know how hard they have to work and anxiety that they have to endure pertaining pig farming.Lets try this win-win solution to protect our multiracial ingredients.
sigh….combing through the comments for the past few threads on the babi issue, I can see some constructive and practical comments but a significant number of comments are just emotional, lack of tolerance and ability to think out of the box & this reflect poorly on us.
Let’s get the facts right. Pigs is haram in Islam for Muslims to eat and hold. No doubt about that and we respect that.
However, there are non-muslims who is guaranteed by the constitution to live in this country in peace. If an effort to use private investors’ money to concerntrate pig farms as such, we could solve the environmental problem.
If we can develop like what the Germans and Danes have – closed rearing facilities where the pigs are out of sight, farmers are given a safe place to survice and strict rules to follow, it’s a win-win situation.
Perhaps the muslims living in vicinity can be offered compensation & alternate locations to move to. Don’t interprete this negatively as we have many many cases of relocation of residents for development purposes.
I praise the action of the Menteir Besar and the PAS component of the Selangor state government for their professional and practical approach to this.
Livestock’s Long Shadow is a United Nations report from the Food and Agriculture Organization. Cattle are “responsible for 18% of greenhouse gases, more than cars, planes and all other forms of transport put together. Cattle are blamed for a host of other environmental crimes, from acid rain to the introduction of alien species, from producing deserts to creating dead zones in the oceans, from poisoning rivers and drinking water to destroying coral reefs. This is called environmental impact.
White meat is healthier than read meat (beef). That’s the health impact.
As for religious issue, how about voicing your concern on Afghanistan, supplying 93 percent of the world’s opium?

Dear sao,
You Quoted, “You will see how the other half of the population does not eat pork, and the other half can eat but may not also eat. That means, it is more than 2/3 don’t really care whether pig farms do exist.
What is your intention to do thing that only 1/3 supports such a scheme?”
If “2/3 don’t really care”, why protest?
For your reference, Muslim students at La Trobe University, have demanded ALL universities in Melbourne to
1 change class times so they can attend prayers.
2 want a female-only area for Muslim students to eat and relax.
It has Muslim-only washrooms that can be accessed only with a secret push-button code.
To the best of my knowledge, I don’t think 3/3 of the populations in Melbourne are Muslim. Am I wrong?
You quoted,
“Dude nincompoop, you don’t answer my question rightfully, do you practice minority rule here, this is democratic country, majority always win.”
May be this is the message you should tell to the Muslim students in Melbourne. In addition, you should tell all Muslims in UK, US and Australia who wanted to build mosque in those countries, “majority always win” like you said.
“Sao
Dude nincompoop, you don’t answer my question rightfully, do you practice minority rule here, this is democratic country, majority always win.”
————————————
That is a dangerous statement. Majority rule does not mean neglect and oppression of minority. We need to have compassion, sense of fair play and a charitable heart that is the corner stone of a civilised society. When a country is affluent enough, spare resources should be allocated to the minority.
Just because a babi is involved, all common sense is out of the window.
If say, the majority of Malaysians have 2 legs and can run and walk properly, so we don’t give a sh*t to those who can’t walk because of amputation, polio etc?
If the majority attending football matches are male hence female toilets are not necessary in stadiums?
If the majority of the Malaysians practice 1 religion so it’s ok to forbide the practice of others?
If a bunch of Chinese workers having lunch together with the single malay co-worker so the poor malay has to go to a chinese restaurant because the majority want to go there? HELL NO! In my company, the practice would be to go to a halal place and DO NOT speak chinese in front of my malay co-worker because that would exclude him.
I am a dying breed involved in the livestock sector. These days, environmental & pollution issues are among my top priorities mainly due to development creeping around once isolated farming areas. I help the Malay chicken farmers, the Indian cattle farmers and the Chinese pig farmers solve the problem of smell, flies and sewage disposal upon complaints from their neighbourhoods. There is no difference between them all. It takes a lot of diplomacy, patience and knowledge to deal with these issues because if we fail, the farms will either have to close down or be relocated. Maybe that’s why over the years, Malaysia’s annual food import bill has skyrocketed into tens of billions of ringgit. With world food supply fast depleting & unprecedented famine/starvation on the horizon, let’s do the right thing & support the farming community. We have the technology for hygienic, profitable & sustainable farming but political support is needed from both the state & federal government to make it a success.
Dear Theresa,
Looks like your blog been ‘infiltrated’ by some jerks from the loser’s camp.
Soldier on. Despair not.
We, the silent majority (people who seldom speak and seldom read mainstream media) are with you.
I have had the opportunity to teach students of pig farmers and know how smelly a pig pen can be. Good thing you guys are coming up with a centralized high-tech breeding & rearing facility.
And, do you know something? Many Hindus were offended by BN’s decision to slaughter cows in the Parliament House. But we didn’t say a word. Because we respect our Muslim brothers and truly understand what ‘give & take’ is all about.
OMG, so much comments on what I have said; to cut it short, I pity those people who have to lead a life as a neighbor to a pig farm, and they are Malays who don’t eat pork.
So u guys just don’t care, ah….
Sao,
This is an open forum. It can be a compliment if there are many people noticing and commenting on you.
Sometimes, people agree with you and sometimes people do not. In a mature democracy, one has to be able to take in both. That’s what our society needs to move towards.
BN gomen stands for no opposing voices. We should move away from that.
Hi Theresa aka Sassy MP
Just a few things:
1. To combat negative press by BN owned media, you have to engage reputable PR firms. No doubt they are not cheap but they can help battle these nefarious BN controlled mass media as well as perhaps prevent future unintended PR (as in public relations) crisis.
2. I read from Mkini that it started when some people gave you pigs as a gift. Now, I am a born and bred Selangor Chinese. However, I think it is high time Malaysian Chinese progress to the more refined elements of their heritage. Why couldn’t the people have presented tea, ceramics, calligraphy or even roast duck which is as delicious if not more than pork? Or maybe even made a donation to a charity in your name? Hopefully, you or someone else can take the lead in evolving Malaysian Chinese culture to a higher level.
3. I read MB Khalid’s interview in Malaysian Reserve. Just some feedback for him (does he have a blog?):
– He said his top priority is narrowing the gap between rich and poor. This is GOOD. However, as a resident of Selangor, I would appreciate it if he expanded his scope to include environmental protection, world class urban planning, public safety and health and lifting our economy to more high value activities. I felt his focus in the interview was solely on the poor and I actually felt pretty left out (altho I must add I am not rich, but not poor either)!
– While he may not have intended it, by saying “narrow gap between rich and poor”, he unwittingly used the same phrase as BN politicians have for years and many of us who suffered under BN are allergic to that phrase now as it has become synonymous with the worst excesses of the NEP.
I feel it would have been better if he had said he wants to help the poor and the unemployed become gainfully and productively employed and earn meaningful incomes that would allow a comfortable lifestyle and help them acquire skills that will facilitate career advancement. I feel that would be more precise and less threatening than “narrowing the gap between rich and poor” which over the years has become a code word for NEP abuse.
I hope you can take my feedback into consideration.
Thank you
-Banjaran
Hi Theresa,
sorry one more thing:
I read that the source of the controversy – the pig farms are to be centralized in a large scale facility.
Hopefully, the Selangor government can also take into account studies on the detrimental side of mono-type agriculture such as large scale pig farms. Also the downside of industrial agriculture while weighing it against the benefits of small scale organic agriculture.
Don’t get me wrong – I am not promoting dirty unhygienic farming practices. I am all for modernizing and using the latest tech. Howver, industrial scale farming has been shown to have many side effects. Small scale, organic type farms can and should be incentivized and perhaps provided grants to adopt high technology.
And another thing – we do need to be sceptical of some types of green technology. I am not saying this German tech is not good, however, some energy schemes do turn out to be scams operating under the guise of being enviro friendly. So please be careful.
Also, has the Selangor government studied Japanese technology for pig farming? I heard its pretty good and Japanese are known for being clean and hygienic.
Thank you
Banjaran.
Don’t worry Teresa. Ali Ketam the CM of Melaka tried to used the pig farming issues in melaka to further his political support in his blog and the malays whacked him up like nobody’s business and to the extent that he has to erased certain comments against him in the blog.
Selangor has done the right thing on pig farming just that the project may not be sucessful if it is tainted with corruption. Teresa please look in to the substance of the contract and the administration of piggy farm so that the rakyat pork eaters will not be buying higher price pork due to the rent seekers involving in the project.
Salam muhibah semua.
Justeru, fikir-fikirkanlah..
Teresa according to the press stetement given by your fellow exco yaccob sapri, the technology costs 50 million. What kind of technology costs 50 million? Is it something tangible or just the know how alone. This know could be acquired at a fraction of the costs from thailand.
hi all,
this is the response in respect of Mr Rustam blog entry hammering the PR gomen on the pig issue.
Interesting reading, I must say.

I dun understand what all the fuss is about? Now it seems like the PR govt in selangor is the one initiated the project. Wasn’t it the bn govt under khir toyo that initiated and approved the project? And bringing in a BUMIPUTRA company to manage the project. Y no fuss then?
But a little advice for teresa. Thread with caution. I totally agree with abangwaja.
eLLo..YB Teresa..
Tahniah kerana secara rasmi sudah angkat sumpah sebagai ADUN pada 22 April yg lalu..
sy nk komen sket je isu penternakan babi ni..
bg sy tiada mslh besar..krn ianya penternakan moden..
tiada sebarang pencemaran..
mungkin ramai tak tau cara n proses yg dlakukan..
bila dgr babi je sume dah pikir yg buruk..
bg sy yg muslim ni mmg la HARAM memakan daging ni..
tp takde la haram tuk menjual..cara ni sama seprti penternakan lembu ke ..ayam ke..kambing ke..
kalau bg muslim..tidak sembelih Lembu pun dikira haram utk seorg muslim mkn..
Kita Muslim hanya Haram memakan…
kalo terpegang pon ..kena samak je..
Lagi satu soalan la..
Mane lebih baik antara menternak babi dgn menjual ARAK?
Arak lebih besar dosa nya..
samada menjual..
menghidang..
ape lagi meminum?
sume berkaitan dgn ARAK adalah HARAM.
cuba kita tgk betapa besar kilang ARAK kt tepi h/way bt3 tuh?
knp tak pegi buat piket kt cna?
bayangkan gaji kita hasil dr penjualan Arak?
anak2 melayu yg kerja kt 7 eleven.
kdai mjual arak..
so..bg sy tiada mslh nk bt penternakan babi ni secara moden..
tiada pencemaran..
Melayu pon ramai yg murtad..malulah sikit..
sy yg Melayu ni pn kadang2 malu dgn pemikiran org Melayu kita..
pada YB teresa..yg mungkin silap membuat kenyataan..
beliau baru lagi .berila peluang..
jgn kondem org..
YB BN pon ramai yg salah ckp..contoh;
zahid hamidi mengatakan secara LIVE dlm tv..”minyak Malaysia sesuai tu enjin Jet”..
ape ke bodoh sgt..
sy yg takde PHD pn tau kebenaran nya..
sudah2 la nk lihat kesalahan org lain..
tp kain sendiri koyak tak nampak..
akhirnay..
kalau ada salah silap sy mohon di maafi..
kita hanya manusia yg bfikiran seperti manusia..bukan malaikat.
Astagfirullahalazim..
salam..pd yg Muslim.
p/s: hope PR dpt membuka minda rakyat yg makin sempit d dunia yg makin maju ini..amin…
salam Mrs Teresa….
