郭素沁 在一番权力斗争后，吉隆坡市长终于在上个月中换人了。前市长鲁斯林的位子在最后一分钟被联邦直辖区部长朱哈斯南的爱将，联邦直辖区部长秘书长哈京取代，这与上一届市长被换掉的情况相似。 哈京的背景来头不小，他之前曾担任首相署经济策划组的宏观经济组的副主任，沙巴工商部的副总监，吧生市议会主席，梳邦再也市议会主席及联邦直辖区秘书长等职位。他被形容为能与联邦直辖区部长朱哈斯南《配合》的人。 吉隆坡新市长哈京才走马上任，便誓言解决吉隆坡市的交通阻塞问题，其中引人注目的建议包括在交通巅峰时段向驶入某些市区中心的车辆实施收费，以期减少驶入市区中心的车子，鼓励市民使用公共交通。 哈京欲解决吉隆坡的塞车问题本属好事，问题是吉隆坡的交通阻塞问题是长期以来政府交通政策失败的后遗症。在吉隆坡或雪隆一带，公共交通的服务差劲，许多住宅区缺少巴士和计程车的川行，更妄论轻快铁。这情况逼使许多打工一族为了工作上的便利而买车，造成雪隆一带无处不塞车。
