    Teresa,

Pongal is NOT a Hindu festival. It is a harvest festival celebrated by all Tamils of all religion. That is how it is celebrated in Tamil Nadu, India.

Pongal is a Pagan festival if you are not aware and it is probably the only festival celebrated by all human kind across the world under different name and at different time of the year depending on the harvesting time at their location. In the USA & UK, it is known as Thanks Giving Day, Pesta Keamatan in Sarawak & etc.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think Ponggal is an Indian festival/celebration, not only for Hindus.

Please email your complaint to my Kinrara service center for my staff to follow up. You need to attach the evidence of previous times you have officially submitted your complaint to MPSJ with the dates, the nombor rujukan, your real name and your address, and the MPSJ officer which received your complaint (if complaint done in person).
