HEY, ISNT THIS AN ADMISSION OF CORRUPTION?

WHY MUST MY TAX MONEY BE USED TO KEEP THEM IN POWER?

SHOULDNT THEY BE USING UMNO’S MONEY FOR THE CAMPAIGN??

THIS IS SOMETHING OUR LIM GUAN ENG MUST FOLLOW UP.

LIM GUAN ENG USES ECONOMY SEAT EVEN THOUGH ON OFFICIAL TRIPS…

COMMON LAH…. TIME TO MAKE UMNO PAY FOR THIS

After I made noise in Parliament over the refusal of MIDA officers to meet me, and after getting the “approval” from Minister himself, I then asked my PA to write a formal letter to the Ketua Pengarah of MIDA the next day, I immidiately get the response from MIDA that they prepare to meet me :-))

Well done YB! Keep us updated with the MIDA officers. Put them into public scrutiny to serve as a reminder/pressure for them to do their job and not involved in politics – leave them to the politicians as MIDA offices’ attitudes are crucial in getting foreign investments to come in.

I think the PM develop a taste for extensive travels as he was formerly a foreign minister. Compared to Lim Guan Eng recently spotted taking a seat in the economic seat as the Chief Minister, this speaks volume.

The reply also did not say the flight destination and number of trips. That missing jigsaw puzzle can tell a lot of stories……

My heart ache as I see how my tax money is being wasted. Should the Auditor General assess the way the government spend it’s travelling expenses?

YB, is there a drive to collect donation for the Myanmar victims from the “Najib?” typhoon? I read the news from Chinese newspaper and from the transalation of the Chinese words, it reads like “Najib”….anyone knows the correct spelling please let me know. The coincidence is very unfortunate and I apologise for any uncomfortable feeling. I am referring to the natural phenomenon hitting Myanmar, not anything else.

    YB,

Its good that you brought this Jet issue. But the replied answer does not justify anything to the public.

We, as Malaysian tax payer would like to know whether these SUPER VIPS has the rights to use the money for the election campaign, bear in mind the parliment is already disolved during this period. I hope someone who knows the law very well, could come forward and take action.

Anyhow, for good a leader, who knows that his country financial problem and the public burden, he will try as hard as possible to save the tax payer money and applies cost cutting. But here is a very good example of a leader who put his self interest first rather the the RAKYAT. Do you want this kind of leader to run the country?

So, YB please carry on and investigate this issue. Or atleast, hopefully, from now on these SUPER VIPS will have a second thought before making such heavy expenses.

    Thank you

It’s a bit absurb to allow the Government to use tax payer’s money for their election campaign?? The amount is not small! Imagine how many low incomers can be helped by that amount?!

Though BN is the Government, but shouldn’t there be a law or something that says each political parties can only used their own fundings to fund their election campaign?

This is quite ridiculous! I can understand why there’re so many tax evasions!! LOL 🙂

    2. Is it sweet patato changing rice?
    3. Is it due to changing new state government?
    4. The expenditure by PKNS how much had been used?
    5. Did new state government approach them?
    6. Did SSIC (Selangor State Investment Committee) involved?
As a foreign investment Exco, transparency and accountable state government, kindly tell us the reason.
This is the omniscience of the people.

One of the richest man in the world, owner of IKEA, travels on economy class (read his story on his success and how he values money) Good to know that our CM of Penang is following suit. Wonder if it is their own money whether they will act in this way. It only shows that the RAKYAT is not in their mind at all. Won’t be surprise if they have shark’s fin for breakfast and abalone for lunch, wonder what’s in store for dinner!!!
Good work MPs of the PR, keep us posted of all the misdeeds that were done by those irresponsible.

    Hi Teresa,

    Thanks for this posting. Could you please kindly verify the following;
    1. When Parliament’s dissolved on Feb 13, 2008, was there a proper appointment by our king, a care-taker government?
    2. When Parliament’s dissolved, all executives of the government revert back to their ordinary status of an ordinary citizen. Is this correct?
    3. If answer to 2. above is affirmative, none of these executives would have any authority vested as before; to the extent that they would immediately ceased to enjoy the perks/benefits accorded them. Right??
    4. A care-taker government does not have the power/authority similar to that of a properly installed government; right?
    5. A care-taker government does not have the power/authority to approve any application, be whatever may be; right?
    6. Shouldn’t candidates vying for the GE candidacy be spending the party funds – in this case, all expenses incl. travelling, be on party account? Is this correct??
    7. Is it correct to say that #6. above is applicable to even the care-taker government officials?

The above written question was submitted by DATO’ SERI ABDUL HADI BIN AWANG (MARANG). Is the posted written reply all that is?
Where can we read the full proceeings incl. written questions and answers, of Parliament?

    YB,
When dealing with any Government Department , always have everything in writing. From the beginning till the end. I am surprised that MIDA officers have not repect for MPs. Probably they thought you wanted some APs.

Teresa, is this info on this post true? If it is, I would like to make an official police report.

Technically, the govt is given task to spend our (mine too) taxpayers’ money in a right way, and when the govt has “dibubarkan” the caretaker govt should NOT waste nearly RM 0.8 MILL of our cash for 2 person’s use.

If you can verify this info, I would like to quote your blog entry on the police report, with your permission of course.

    Thank you.
