马华士布爹国席候选人周紫琳的“贪新忘旧”广告牌弄巧反挫，可说搬石头砸到自己的脚，除了引起对手郭素沁的强烈抗议，今天两个女性组织更分别发表文告抨击马华这种广告方式，并表达它们的“十分失望”和“心寒”。
这个广告以漫画手法呈现，广告右侧，一名貌似郭素沁的女主角依偎环抱着一壮汉“金銮区先生”。广告左侧，则黯然蹲坐着“旧爱士布爹先生”，苦思“亲爱的，你在那里？”。广告正上方是“贪新忘旧”四个字。
昨日，布爹国席候选人郭素沁召开记者会，怒斥马华这个“贪新忘旧”广告牌影射她是个“朝三暮四”的女人，对她的人格进行侮辱。
“周紫琳不尊重女性强化父权”
今天，独立新闻中心（CIJ）强烈谴责马华士布爹国席候选人周紫琳使用“极端性别歧视的广告牌”这样的伎俩来打击对手郭素沁。
独立新闻中心执行主任嘉雅特莉（V.Gayathry）表示，她对这种将郭素沁影射为“放荡”的举动“十分失望”，因为周紫琳身为女人，竟使用如此糟糕的手段来攻击其政治对手。
“周紫琳跟她的国阵同僚无异，都不尊重女性，同时强化父权和性别歧视的环境。”
嘉雅特莉呼吁周紫琳撤下这些广告牌，同时向郭素沁和马来西亚女性道歉，因为他们已被国阵所推动的这样政治形态所触怒。
嘉雅特莉强调，尽管国阵派出了更多的女性候选人，但假若它的候选人，无论男或女，不能拥有性别敏感度，那么一切都是枉然的。
“贬低女性为性对象并不有趣”
性別平等联合行动组织（JAG）今天也发表文告，表示对于马华周紫琳的“贪新忘旧”广告感到心寒。
该组织认为，广告将女性设定为性对象（sex object），当中貌似郭素沁的女主角穿着紧身红衣，脚穿红色高跟鞋，同时涂着红色口红，从一个“爱人”换至另一个“爱人”。
“针对女性的性别歧视言论经常来出自男性，但少数女性也会如此。它们并不有趣。它们贬低女性，而且在工作上，侵害女性拥有一个安全工作环境的权利。”
“这宗事件再次显示，我们须要对所有的政党和国会议员进行强制的性别敏感度课程。”
昨日，周紫琳（右图）在接受《中国报》访问时，否认该广告侮辱女性，因为“广告出发点并非针对女性，主要是针对郭素沁个人”。她同时也拒绝拆除这个引起轩然大波的广告牌。
撤广告牌以免行动党借题发挥
另一方面，在接到许多投诉的情况下，马华大选行动室主任黄思华今午宣布，士布爹国阵行动室已经决定立即拆除所有“贪新忘旧”广告牌，并对当地选民和郭素沁本身表示遗憾。
黄思华是在马华总部做出这项宣布，以免有关广告牌被行动党借题发挥，向马华候选人作出不必要的攻击。
他强调，国阵只是想通过有关广告，向选民传达讯息，即代议士不可能同时兼顾国州两个选区，并未贬低女性之义。
据悉，马华已经要求一些中文报章，低调处理“贪心忘旧”广告牌课题，以免重演1999年的“蹲站论”风波。
郭素沁是在1999年首度在士布爹国会议席上阵，以5千200多数票打败马华候选人蔡崇继。当时蔡崇继以蹲站形容两者的“身体结构”不同，结果引发公愤，令她后来居上一举当选国会议员。接着，她在2004年大选以更高的1万2千895多数票，击败马华士布爹区会公共服务局主任陈元虎。
人生攻击只会令我们越来越反感。。。
希望候选人们会以自己的政绩和政策来说服大众！！！
而不是一直在那里人生攻击！！！

Tell the voters both in seputeh & Kinrara: If you vote this type of MP/ADUN who only concentrates on trivial yet discriminating issues instead of great vision which can lead to a better country to live in,
how pityful we are to have such sub-standard MPs to lead our parliament while other countries are improving due to their quality & dedicated MPs!
The Election Commission just announced to cancelled the plan to use indelible ink in this coming election. I think this will be another dirty election. Our hope of 1/3 opposition seats will be hardly achievable or may be immposible.
I guess may be BN has sensed that a lot us will elect opposition parties, and they start to play dirty now.
Initially, I was thinking that this election will be good start for Malaysia to reborn and start to pick-up whatever we have lost out in the past few year. Malaysia is no longer attracive to foreign investors now as compared to our neighbouring countries. I think sooner or later the so called ‘bumiputera’ will find that they have not enough to split among themself on the economic cake especially when our natural resources is finishing. We or may be our next generation will suffer, because the fingers will be pointed on us and we will be the first group of peoples being blamed and attacked.
Vision 2020 to be developed country, I think MISSION IMPOSSIBLE.
God bless all Malaysian…so sad and worry for the future of this country.
国阵和马华向来行事都是这样，没有三思而后行。设立这种大选广告只显得马华真的已经到了山穷水尽的地步，没有新招了！此等大选广告又如何是一个讲究民主精神的政党所为？这简直就是侮辱全国女性的所为。周紫琳到底有没有事前看过这种广告的样板呢？这样的广告都能批吗？难道她不是女人？

Teresa Kok is a big name in Malaysia. Show your class, don’t further elaborate the issue. So far, you lead 1-0. Don’t let early glory spoil your momentum. Continue the good work.
3 days more to go, we pray that Malaysian will be brave enough to embrace the truth by casting their votes according to the real merits of the candidates and their parties…..with “black out” of official media, and changes by EC, we pray that truth will prevails !

Where is Ong Ka Ting & Ng Yen Yen ? Not even a single word from these leader, it’s meant they instruct Carol to do all this stupid campaign, it’s a real shamefull on being represent MCA. Even UMNO don’t put this sort of banner. May god bless Teresa & all her member all the sucess .

Ng Yen Yen didn’t visit her constituency in Raub far…… toooo0 long, Sin Chew press reported a major roof collapse of a govt building there, didn’t see any follow up comments from her… on the other hand, wonder why so many crying MCA candidates during this campaign ?? i am fearful of crocodiles’ tear, once our heart soften for the crocodiles, they attack,bite,chew,swallow & yummy us !!!!!!!! so scary lah……better get rid of crocodiles from Parliament & states,at least this will stop them from chewing cows & goats at Parliament for Pak Lah’s wedding celebration,while rakyat are suffering from many issues out there…..8/3 is official “crocodiles” shooting day !!!

I was surprise when EC allowed the ink. I thought there was some decency in them but when that old geezer changed his mind last minute with a pathetic excuse, I wonder if this has been the plan all along.
All the more bona fide voters should come out en mass and ensure voter turn out is >100%
A look at the geezer’s pad in Bangsar suggest he is well paid. I don’t audit his income tax files so I have no idea where he gets his dough from but sure is better than mine

Yesterday the Daily Oriental carried an article,”secretly film Teresa Kok having a meal”
The author mention how difficult is for you to swallow a mouthful as countless calls pass through you while having a meal. There is no peace. Film this, he said, and the people of Malaysia can see what dedication and selflessness is about.
