Dear YB
Wld appreciate if you could forward this meaasge and publicise it. Tq.
URGENT MESSAGE TO YB LIM KIAT SIANG, DAP & PKR
NOTICE TO REMOVE PERAK SPEAKER
Please get your legal eagles moving on it PRONTO!
If the notice was dated 23rd April 2009 (last Thursday) the it clearly does not comply with the requirement of 14 clear days notice.
If you exclude week-ends and public holidays (e.g. 1st May – labour day) when the State Assembly does not sit, then there’s no way that 2nd hand car salesman Camry can comply with the legal requirements of the State Assembly for notice of any motion.
If Camry next resorts to an emergency motion, this can easily be thrown out by YB Sivakumar as ‘not being urgent or in the interest of the public!’
So, please investigate and act swiftly especially since every M’sian knows the UMNO MB’s appointment is illegal and has not yet been resolved by the Ipoh High Court.

Yes, hope that the trip to Hefei in Anwei Province and Beijing will succeed in bringing biotech and greentech enterprises to invest in Selangor as well as other states. I’m amazed that China is progressing so rapidly in all fields that we now find that we are the ones learning from them instead of the other way round more than 20 years ago.
in a ay, e should be ashamed because despite our country being blessed with sunshine almost throughout the year has yet to fully master the solar energy technology whereas China with so much less sunshine than we do has made great strides in this renewable energy. Can we blame it on our federal leaders who have misplaced the nation’s priorities?
