Today I replied to the speeches made by MPs during debate of Motion of Thanks to the King in the Dewan Rakyat.
This was the first time I replied to their speeches, the first time I spoke in Dewan Rakyat since I was appointed as Minister of Primary Industries.
My ministry is not that controversial compare to other ministries such as: education or home ministry. However, the BN MPs in the opposition kept interrupted my reply, till I have to stop them from intervening my reply as I was given 45 mins to answer questions raised by 20 MPs.
I promised these MPs that I will give special briefing session to them on various issues related to palm oil, so that all MPs will work together to defend the Malaysian palm oil.
