Former minister Zaid Ibrahim disagrees that a 30-year-old man hauled up for wearing shorts in public requires counselling.
Taking to Twitter, he questioned which legislation the Kelantan religious department is using to subject Wan Khairul Hayee Wali to counselling sessions.
“Wan Khairul does not need counselling…This is not a divorce case,” he said.
