For all Of you who had attended the Bersih 4 rally on 29 to 30 August 2015, I am sure you will agree with me that it was the most memorable event for us as we all have participated in a people’s movement.
In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical that many would stay through the two days programme, but the great turnout of participants throughout the rally has proven me wrong. I was surprised that many spent a night at the surrounding area of Dataran Merdeka and were still able to participate for the speeches and performances on 30th August.
I am very impressed with the volunteerism of many helpers, and of course, I am most impressed with the Bersih committee. Thank God for them.
I met with the Shanghai Bersih leaders who flew back to KL for the Bersih rally. I was happy to meet with some disabled persons in the rally too.
Congratulations to all of you. You all have sent a strong message and you all had made history. 💪💪👏👏
