The Office of Selangor State Investment, Industry & Trade Committee had co-organized the 1st Malaysian Women Entrepreneurs Forum together with Kuala Lumpur Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall on 25.8.2012 which is also in conjunction with the celebration of Malaysian Women’s Day.
The forum had attracted more than 350 attendees and out of my expectation, there were quite a number of male participants joined the forum on the day.
Whilst there were five caliber and talented women entrepreneurs spoke to the attendees on the day, we have also invited many entrepreneurs to exhibit their products at the same place.
I believe this is a precious opportunity and platform for the women entrepreneurs to share their successes with the public especially the women community in order to motivate more women to participant in entrepreneurship.
