I, as the coordinator of Sg Pelek service centre and DAP Sepang Jaya branch chairman, confirms that disgraced and expelled former party member Tan Tuan Tat was sacked from the party because he created ‘phantom members’ to set up branches, and not for the reason he alleged to the press.
We have presented evidence and brought witnesses to the Disciplinary Committee and Tan Tuan Tat was only expelled after a thorough investigation by the DC.
The DAP branches at Sg Pelek welcomes the sacking of Tan Tuan Tat as his behaviour is not exemplary of a honest member.
I urged Tan to stop making excuses for his expulsion from the party. All these accusations will only make him look bad in the eyes of the party members and public.
