This is a first time ever ‘street song’ – composing/ making – contest in Malaysia. The contest aims to encourage and promote more creative and patriotic songs to be composed and aired in Malaysia. At the same time, one of its important goals is to bring our various values – such as ‘unity’, ‘democracy’, ‘anti corruption’, ‘clean and fair governance’, etc – through lyrics of the written songs.
This also presents as rare opportunity for you to show your creativeness plus patriotism through music and songs which we would be able to sing out loud together with other Malaysians.
The organizer is giving out as much as RM12,000.00 cash as the prize for the winning participants of the contest.
