Thank you for your encouragement

Posted on Friday, 29-02-2008Monday, 03-03-2008 by DAP Seputeh

I started my ceramahs Tuesday night. I was overwhelmed by the turnout of the crowds everywhere I went.
There is tremendous response in many other DAP ceramahs in the areas which we are contesting. The wind of change is certainly blowing in many areas.

I felt encouraged and moved by the response of the voters toward the DAP. I pray and hope that we can win more seats to give BN a lesson!!

All DAP candidates must not be carried away by the size of the crowd. Even in Machap and Ijok they came in big crowds and even donated to DAP. But in the end, Chinese voters might just chicken out and cross the dacing.

No DAP must become complacent until victory is attained.

Yes ! Keep it up on your excellent speeches ! Many are eager to hear the truth. The video clip on parliament about “bocor”, Melaka pig farm closure at OUG yesterday night was good awareness clips for the citizen. Let the nation know that Malaysia need a thorough change, deny BN of 2 /3 majority !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reflection amidst the debates going on…….,
    all the best !

    “Trust wholeheartedly in Yahweh,
    Put no faith in your own perception;
acknowledge him in every course you take,
and he will see that your paths are smooth..

Have no fear either of sudden terror
or of attack mounted by wicked men,
since Yahweh will be your guarantor,
he will keep your steps from the snare..

for the wilful wrong-doer in abhorrent to Yahweh,
who confides only in the honest.
Yahweh’s curse lies on the house of the wicked,
but he blesses the home of the upright,
    He mocks those who mock,
but accords his favour to the humble.
Glory is the portion of the wise,
all that fools inherit is contempt.”

    True, true.
In this respect, I think that the opposition candidate should emphasise that the resources of our country is squandered by the ruling party and must be plugged.
Otherwise, not only will they but also their future generation, suffer the consequences of continuing to put such a government in power.
Even better, produce the facts and figures to support your statements.
Better still, include a list of the misdeeds and scandals that have plagued our country , especially for the past twenty-six years!

When during Independent in 1957, there is a Act to protect the DELIMITATION of Parliment and State seat equally based on number of voters but unfortunately, the so call representative of Chinese “MCA” and Indian “MIC” had dumbly agreed to remove this Act to allow the Election Commission to divide the area as the EC like! Therefore, TODAY EC have divided Malay majority more and non-Malay majority less. Therefore, now non-Malay majority area is less than 25%. In this case the BN will ONLY have to look after the Malay interest to continue to governed this country. Good Luck and Hope this time, you can WIN both Parliament and State seat with a greater majority!

    Dear Teresa,

I am very glad you have won in this 8th Mar 2008 General Election and you have won it beautifully with massive majority in Seputeh as per from TV announcement. As a Seputeh resident, your effort for the betterment of our community and safety environment is eminent. I believed you will bring more positive changes and improvement for Seputeh dwellers.

My internet connection wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t access internet for latest development. Perhaps because of high internet traffic. I waited the tv announcement for your Kinrara results until 4.30am without success. The live telecast just stopped airing. Managed to access internet afterwards and the results was to my expectation … you have won !

Congratulations. May God bless us all.

All our Malaysians, you have shown yourselves as the real “BOSS” today! I was neither a BN nor a opposition supporter before this & was like one other typical young Chinese, who are having a kind of illness called the “political cold-shoulder”. We think that neither the government nor the opposition can make any change to the political environment in Malaysia. However today in the result of this election, I have finally seen some hope in Malaysia’s democracy. And to the opposition, this is the best chance for you to improve our country’s democracy (as what this time you made us believe you will do)!!! Don’t do a lousy job & then we have to step a big step back again after 5 years!!!

Last but not least, Hooray to Malaysia’s Democracy. Keep it up, fellow Malaysian!!!

You and your fellow DAP YBs have really created history… The Rockets have been launched for the skies and have reached the stars creating a great history and achievement for a New Wonderful Malaysia!… much greater than our National Space Tourist’s so called achievement. Pray that you and all other MPs from DAP, PKR and PAS will continue in the good work that have been started for a better future for all Raykat Malaysia.

    Congratulations & Hopes

1stly i wanna congratulate Teressa and DAP for winning in the Seputeh with the most largest win i would say 36k votes. One of the vote is from me.Further congrats for the opposition to win many seats , never before has happen, and thank all people for the votes contributed.

I strongly belief that we all wanna see a change for the better and a more transparent ruling / governing of our goverment…and so we have casted our votes in favour to the opposition parties.

Below are the few issues that i hope changes and improvement fo the better

1)Fuel / petrol rise issue. All this time the petrol price hike has gone up and never come down. The goverment just close one eye to our problem , not solving it ..they raise the price of the petrol.

They could have subsidise using the goverment funds wisely ..but they just close out to our complaint

Petronas earning net profit of nearly like i heard gossips 80 mill… cant even subsidise our petrol?

The goverment could send a 1st malaysian to the moon …while using other country rocket, summore says malaysia boleh …cost $$$$

Buy weapons arms all these without transparency , All of these expenses that use and cost billions of ringgit of our citizen money….

If they dont want subsidise ..at least do something bout it like the australian goverment is doing, putting up gas / ngv at every petrol station, so that the citizen can have an option for gas ussage.

Find a solution to reduce the petrol price hike. Are they selling the gas to other country?

2)Tol price hikes , every year tol price goes up and never come down. The tol has sure profited by now,…and earn a lot more than what they reported i belief. Instead of raising the tol rate …why not reduce it to more cheaper where more people can afford and more people will use. They still keep the profit margin and les traffics.

3)Many things , trnsactons not transparent is the main issue.

4)Education is a right for all , not privilages.

Back to back the main issue is the cost of living has gone up high. Whats the use if goverment increase the salary but yet increase the cost of living itself.

I hope DAP and friends will try to do something on the issue and help us all. Thanks for listening to my writing. ..blog … (I sound really stupid..but its sincerely from the bottom of my heart)

    To, YB Teresa Kok

    Why PKR,DAP,PAS & West Malaysians are still dreaming ? ….Lost focus ?

Why MCA, Gerakan, MIC, PPP, PBB,PRS still hiding the ‘Truth’ ?

Look like Sabahans know what is the ” Truth”.

    > Someone from Sabah talk sense….. Repeat for reference only.

1)…Sabah Progressive Party president Datuk Yong Teck Lee said he was puzzled why the NEP was still an issue when it had been replaced by the

    >’National Development Policy’(NDP)…

    > TUN DR M launched the “NDP” which year ? I forgot the year ,do you remember ?

2)…“so called cancellation of the NEP” was completely redundant because it no longer existed and it was equally disappointing that Penang Umno was still harping on a non-existent policy.

3)…no wonder that some politicians both from ruling and opposition have lost focus on which policy to talk about,”

Bravo, Sabahans dare to speak out.

    Syabas. Barisan Rakyat.
