Today I joined my staff and DAP Seputeh members to pay last respect to the late Madam Mangalam, the long-serving president of the Pure Life Society located at Jalan Puchong.
She was a remarkable women and a iconic figure for social works. She is known for caring the poor and needy, she had been serving the orphans and underprivileged children for 74 years.
Her teaching and her life has touched many, and led many to play their parts to love and care for the needy.
Her assistant described her as the โMother Teresaโ in Malaysia. Indeed, she has been the model for all of us.
May the soul of Madam Mangalam rest in peace with her Maker in eternity. ๐๐๐ป
