Today is my 53th birthday. I have been busy meeting different people today. I have had a fruitful day today.
Yesterday Lim Lip Eng (MP for Segambut) has arranged a walk in the jungle trail in the forestry area of Kiara Hill. He invited me, Liew Chin Tong MP for Kluang), Chan Foong Hin (ADUN for Tawau) and Wan Hamidi from REFSA to join the walk.
It was an interesting walk, an eye-opener for me about the situation inside the jungle. We were led by two experienced jungle trail leaders, Alex and Jaime in our walk. I have to ask Lip Eng to assist me when came to some challenging parts of the jungle trail. I have been beaten by mosquitoes too. we walked for one hour and then came down to the tar road in Kiara Hill.
After the walk, we all have dinner at Uncle Dons Restaurant in TTDI. I was given a surprise by Lip Eng for a birthday cake….. Ha ha! ! These guys celebrated my birthday in a special manner!!
Anyway, please come to walk at Kiara Hill as and when you are free. This is one of the rare green place in Kuala Lumpur now.
