KUALA LUMPUR: Teresa Kok’s (Seputeh-DAP) call to change the Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan Mansor brain was left unanswered during the oral reply session this morning.
“I would like to call upon the Deputy Minister in Prime Minister’s Department to advice and change the brain of the Federal Territories Minister,” she told SK Devamany.
“There are areas with no bus services. The population density has increased resulting in more traffic congestion,” she said during a supplementary question session.
“Please advice the minister and change his brain,” Kok reiterated, pointing out that the FT minister’s policies in the federal capital was not effective.
Devamany however did not want to respond to Kok.
“That is a debate point, not a question. Do I need to respond?,” he asked.
Deputy Speaker Ismail Said concurred with Devamany’s decision against responding to Kok’s call for a brain change.
