Today is 28th anniversary of the infamous Operasi Lalang. In 1987, more than 100 persons were detained under the draconian ISA on 27th October 1987.
Today there is no more ISA, but Sedition Act and SOSMA are now being used against dissidents. Political darkness has again descended and Najib is certainly not a reformist nor a moderate.
