Many of those who have attended the “Sounds of Kelantan” concert on 3rd October told me they didn’t expect it was such a high standard performance. Many audience were very happy that they have turned up to the concert.
I knew it was going to be excellent performance, mainly because it was performed by the renown Istana Budaya Traditional Orchestra and its artists, on top of that each religious group who co-organized the concert was sending its best artists to perform in the concert, so the performance has to be the best. 👍
Aisyah Arifin who sang in the concert told me that she enjoyed to watch and to sing in the concert very much. She is hoping to be able to do another concert which involved artists of other races to raise funds for the homeless in Kelantan. Aisyah who has joined Amanah believes in working together with other races to bring betterment to the country.
Our country is sick. The sickness is caused by some political leaders in the ruling parties stoking racial and religious fire. However, the joint efforts of different religious groups together with Gabungan Impian Kelantan proved that people of different beliefs in Malaysia can work together to help the poor and marginalized, regardless of race and religions.
I would like to thank the cooperation of the key leaders of Istana Budaya, namely Yasid and Lokman for assisting us to organize this high standard performance. I also like to thank our production team, Checkmate Creative for its excellent coordination during the rehearsal and the concert.
I would also like to thank our emcees, Goh Wee Oeng and Nash for their humorous presentation. Goh is a TV broadcaster, he speaks good English and Mandarin.
I would also thank many volunteers who have spent many hours in helping out in the concert. Thanks to all those who had sung and danced in the concert. You are have done a good job. You all are the best!,👍👏👏😄
