You can use a program to read the hard copy and turn it into a word file for easier reading and copying.

On the issue itself the expenses of the SPR is not too high though wastage is there for all to see. SPR is held back to do some of these very worthy things that other EC in the region are doing, due to lack of budget allocation: public voter education, adequate voter registration, investigation into electoral misconduct(currently entirely handed over to police and MACC), run a better, interactive web site to answer voters queries etc. If they do all these SPR do deserve more allocations. Holding back budget is an effective way by governments to restrict EC’s work.
There is a doubling of SPR’s budget since Hulu Selangor by-election. Voters and MPs should demand to know where are the improvement in SPR’s service arising from the 100% increase in their budget.
