Dear friends, please suggest to me some questions for the next session of parliament. Deadline is Monday ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Can you help to ask

    1. Why buyers get no compensation when housing project was delayed? eg: in Talam case for Puncak Jalil.

    2. Why seksyen 176 is allowed to protect the developer?

    3. Why S&P signed between buyers and developer was not honoured?

    4. Why rakyat have to bear the consequences?

    What is government stand? Protecting the rakyat or the heartless developer?

  2. Pls ask the Gov.

    How many times do everage citizen of Malaysia being taxed for single salary we earn?

    1. Total salary – income tax.
    2. Buying goods – service tax
    3. Purchase foods – service tax + gov Tax
    4. Petrol – service tax
    5. Highway – service tax + high toll rate
    6. House – Cukai Tanah and Cukai Pintu
    7. Water – Free RM 11/= (thank you to Selangor Gov) + Service tax
    8. Electricity – High rate + Service tax
    9. telephone – service tax
    10. toilet/sewerage – service tax
    11. broadband – service tax
    12. Vehicle – road tax
    13. TV – last time lesen TV
    14. Movie/cinema – service tax
    15. parking – service tax
    16. public transport – service tax
    17. Games – service tax
    18. handphone – service tax
    19. Credit card – gov tax
    20. education fee – gov tax
    21. hospital – many taxes
    22. medicine – service tax
    23. having a baby – taxes thru medical
    24. Accident – taxes thru medical
    25. sickness – taxes thru medical
    26. Books – gov tax
    27. Adopting children – gov tax
    28. Selling properties/cars
    30. Enggage foreign Maids – VISA + fomema + Gov tax

    On top of that we being charged with higher interest rate compared with ‘top businessman and some politician’ which already rich !!

    Why so many taxes being enforce to Malaysian citizen???? Every RM we earn, we have to give government more than 40%. ZALIM !!!!!
