Dear friends, I have attended many interesting events lately and have taken some photos but I don’t have time to upload it to my blog.
Below are some photos of baby Yoke Shan, taken in Klang on last Friday, 12th October. She was born with two arms but now left one. Poor baby. Our comrade in Klang, Peter Tan, has organised a full moon party for her and tried to raise some funds for her medical expenses. He managed to raise about RM30,000 from the dinner that night.
I was invited to speak and I expressed my heartfelt feelings towards for the poor girl. I also praised the parents for their courage to seek help from Peter Tan and DAP Selangor, and highlighting the matter in the media.
This tragic event once again highlight the medical negligence that happens in our government hospitals.
I also criticised the statement made by Chua Soi Lek who threatened to take legal action against the DAP over this case, I said that he has promised to give compensation to baby Yoke Shan but we have not heard anything about it today.
However, it is the DAP, through the efforts of Peter Tan that we raised funds for baby Yoke Shan. This once again proves that MCA cakap tak serupa bikin. In contrast, the DAP offered a helping hand to the family and helped in whatever way we could, including raising funds.

We need to remember baby Yoke Shan & pray for her well being even though she has one arm to live with.
My God favour her in her life & bring encouragement & joy to her parents.
The future will not be dim because artificial limbs are now well developed.
Those who help to raise the RM30,000 will be blessed by God Whose law of ‘sowing & reaping’ always applies. Amen.
