郭素沁呼吁国阵修改政策,将学校保留地开放给华小 (莎亚南2日讯)雪州高级行政议员郭素沁呼吁首相纳吉废除国家单元化的教育政策,将所有学校保留地开放给各源流学校,而不是只保留给国小,以解决社区对不同源流学校的需求。 郭素沁是针对首相纳吉昨日的言论,指国阵政府把国小保留地作建立华小的用途,显示国阵政府聆听民意的亲民施政,而非像反对党那样光说不做,并指民联明明有实权却不给地段建华小,只是吵吵闹闹在演戏,发表文告。(教育课题勿政治化 http://www.nanyang.com.my/node/425760?tid=460) 郭素沁说,雪州许多地方面对华小短缺的问题,不是因为民联政府没给华小校地,而是因为国阵政府执意推行单元化教育政策,不允许华小增建,并指定住宅区的学校保留地只许建国小和国中用途所致。这根本就是国阵 政府教育政策的偏差,而不是民联政府不拨地给华小。 她也说,自雪州民联政府执政以来,已经依据各社区的需要,拨出约84块隶属州政府的土地给中央政府作为建校用途。 “州政府批准的土地中,有很多都是华裔人口密集的地区,如:巴生、万挠、沙登、双文丹、锡米山等。很遗憾的是,国阵政府如今只拨出5.9英亩的地给双溪龙华小,这还是双溪龙居民十多年来苦等苦求得来的。“ 郭素沁说,华小本来就是国家教育体系的一部分,华小为国家栽培无数人才,以致越来越多的非华裔家长爱把孩子送进华小就读。因此,政府本来就有责任拨款拨地来兴建华小。 她也说,从雪州政府批地给蒲种益智华小和公教中学建二校,但遭教育部致函反对的例子看来,国阵政府根本就不愿修改歧视母语教育的国家教育政策。 因此,纳吉在大选来临前批准双溪龙华小,也是治标不治本的做法。 郭素沁 雪州高级行政议员郭素沁于2012年3月2日(星期五)在莎亚南发表的文告
