Wishing All a Beautiful and Blessed Christmas

Posted on Saturday, 24-12-2011Tuesday, 03-01-2012 by Teresa

To do justice for the meek was and continues to be the first function of kings. Let us look forward to a brighter year in 2012, filled with peace, truth and protection of rights for all.

“From the stump of Jesse a shoot will come forth; from his roots a branch will grow and bear fruit. The spirit of the Lord will rest upon him – a Spirit of counsel and of power, a Spirit of knowledge and of fear of the Lord – that he may rule in the fear of the Lord. Not by appearance will he be judge, nor by what is said must he decide, but with justice he will judge the poor, and with righteousness decided for the meek.” – ISAIAH 11:1-4

    Dear Teresa,
This is from Raffick who resided in Selangor. This is his plea. You can find his website as follows:

It would be sad to lose Selangor because of this!

A simple dare to ADUN BA and MP Ampang (and their sidekick) : A Test of performance

    December 29, 2011 by Dr R@28

As an ordinary resident in Bukit Antarabangsa or any other neighborhood, a decent quality of life is needed. In BA, our biggest needs are safe hill slopes, decent roads and probably a school and a government clinic. The lack of school and poor road conditions are bane to the residents here. As there is no school, the residents here are forced to contribute to the traffic congestion on MRR2 during peak hour as they have to send their kids elsewhere. As for slopes, there is a surveillance team from JKR and MPAJ that now days monitor on regular basis. When there is a tip about risk, they respond within 8 hours to investigate. This has got nothing to do with AA, ZK or RR. The system developed because of community pressure and engagement.
The MB is piling up state reserves for reasons that is best known to him. It’s now stand at RM1.28bill. In the early days of his tenure as MB he claims that he manage to invoke land acquisition process within 2 weeks when it took several years before. He was very proud of it what he did for land alongside the Klang River. He has the power. I congratulated him back then. Recently he also said that he is able to change land status within 2 weeks because he has the power to do so and with that he can create value on the land that he acquired from Talam. Since our PKR reps has done very little in solving abandon housing issue or solving the settlers resettlement program in Sg. Sering, I would like to throw a simple challenge to our beloved AA, ZK and RR who are the inner circles of top PKR echelon. My dare is simple.
MPAJ need RM5 mill to do a proper re-surfacing of the roads in BA. They have no money and the records shows that the state has not given money to state for road works. The state is sitting on a pile of cash. I would like to challenge them to redeem themselves. They should ask RM5 mill from MB and give it to MPAJ within the next 2 weeks and get the road repair work done immediately. As we need school and building of school is a Federal responsibility. Unfortunately, FG can’t do anything at the moment as land acquisition is under state power. There are no government lands in BA.
I challenge the MB to acquire 13 acres of private land belongs to Selangor Property and gazette it as school reserve. I can point the exact location if they need help. If he can do that, I will engage the Minister of Education to build a school on the land that PR acquired. These request are very much do-able as they are within the powers of the MB. BA is the home ground or AA, ZK and RR. They need to show proof that they are able to meet the needs of the residents in BA. I am making a simple and objective challenge. Show us your skills in helping the residents. Boleh? This is to redeem their poor performance in helping victims of abandon houses.
