郭素沁批评政府各部门在再生能源政策上缺协调，导致目标政策上发生矛盾
（吉隆坡5日讯）士布爹区国会议员郭素沁政府在没草拟详细的国家能源政策时，便推出再生能源法案，这造成政府各部门在设定再生能源发电的目标与政策上出现矛盾。
她举例说，能源、绿色科技和水务部所规定的首年9MW太阳能发电的市场限制太小，与国家经济转型计划制定在2020年达致1250MW太阳能发电的目标距离太大，显示政府部门之间在政策制定上缺乏协调。
郭素沁昨日在国会参与辩论“再生能源法案“时作出如此批评。
她也说，马来西亚是全球第三大的太阳能晶片出产国，多家设置在我国的国外太阳能厂每年生产的产品便能制造６０００MW的电，但是如果我国只在首年允许９MW的太阳能发电的市场的话，那么这根本不能吸引许多国外太阳能厂的在大马投资和推广太阳能发电的兴趣。
她指出，虽然“再生能源法案“针对各类的再生能源发电模式给予优惠，但是在比重方面，政府应该更重视太阳能发电甚于其他发电模式，因为，我国在太阳能发电的方面最熟悉与最发达。
郭素沁指出，首相纳吉曾经说我国将在２０２０年达致生产２０００ＭＷ的再生能源，占国家总能源的９％。政府所设定的这目标与亚洲周边国家相比相差太远。她说，中国计划在２０２０年达致１５％使用再生能源发电，而泰国则计划在２０２２年达致２０％再生能源发电。因此，我国只设定在２０２０年只使用９％再生能源发电的目标应该重新检讨。
郭素沁也在其国会演讲中，批评国内的银行和金融机构没积极的支持国内再生能源的企业，使到许多有意在再生能源领域投资的本地企业无法在国内大展宏图，银行的这种态度进一步的阻碍再生能源领域的经济成长。

Yet Putra LRT demonstrated the opposite effect, more cock-ups and immeasurable long time injuries to companies and the parties they deal with (chain reaction) as a result of the employee being late/tired/agitated.
And Putra top management hides behind the veil of annonymity and do not come out to explain themselves, much unlike the CEO of DBS bank, who made a lengthy and detailed explanation on front pages of S’pore newspaper to explain a few hours downtime in ATMs….Malaysia will always lag behind S’pore with this gulf in mentality
