In the Debate 2.0 between Chua Soi Lek and Lim Guan Eng, Chua has repeatedly asked Lim Guan Eng whether any Indian has been state chairman of DAP. As a multi-racial party, we have many non-Chinese who hold positions at all levels.
Karpal Singh has been DAP Penang Chairman, P. Patto has been DAP Perak chairman, Manoharan has been DAP Selangor chairman and George John has been DAP Kedah state chairman.
We also had the late Ahmad Nor as DAP Selangor chairman and Ahmad Ton has been DAP Johor chairman.
On top of that, DAP has 7 Indian MPs and one senator now, the Indian elected representatives in DAP is more than MIC. Need I go on?
I don’t understand why did Chua Soi Lek is so concern on whether DAP has an Indian as state chairman in our party. Since Chua claimed that MCA fights for all races, I am curious when MCA will drop the “C for Chinese” in its name and open up its membership to every Malaysian, and to allow Indian and Malay to be state chairman, and even Vice President and President of MCA, like the DAP.

Tun Ghaffar Baba was one time the President of MCA
Just like Umno, MIC and MCA too are nothing but racial parties !
