ACA finally interviewed me

Posted on Monday, 26-05-2008Monday, 26-05-2008 by Teresa

Last Thursday, a few ACA officers from Putrajaya took my statement in Parliament lounge after the day’s sitting sitting ended over the issue of BN giving away RM200 to Kelantanese voters to go back to cast vote. Please refer to this and this.

I was a bit surprised with these officers as they have not read about this write up in my blog at all until I showed them my blog and all the photos that I have taken on that day. They then wrote the statement from the content of my blog, so save their time and troubles.

In the process, I talked politics with them, meaning I hantam BN lah. I told them the fact that the PM announced ACA will be made an independent body like ICAC in Hong Kong is because of the elections result of March 8. This shows people’s power works in the end.

These officers dare not respond to all my provoking statements on politics. Two of them were busy copying the content of my blog into statement, and the more senior one listened to my political views patiently 🙂

After spending about one and a half hours with the officers, I rushed to Shah Alam to attend the ADUNs pre-council meeting. If you ask me whether the ACA will act on my statement on this issue, I can tell you frankly that I have strong doubt that there will be any sort of serious investigation.

They took my statement because of my criticism against them in the press conference and they did not take initiative to do this in the first place. Taking my statement is to stop me from criticising them on this issue in future. This exercise was purely a show… 🙂

    YB,

If they take effective action, I owe you a month’s supply of starbucks coffee.

nice way of putting it, a personlised political ceramah and they don’t have to stand in the rain or anything like that.

silent they maybe and I wonder how much sense they take it? it shows either 1) they are apolitical and professional and objective 2) they are well-trained and loyal to particular interest group

the fact that they did not read your blog while being assigned to investigate your claim, shows the level of investigation proficiency. Way, I am been commenting here since…er….2004?

When I read in your blog that the ACA is going to take up the matter, I knew that it will just put on a show.
The BN government will never change. All the good talk coming from them is to win points from the electorate but I think that the latter have woken up to their ploys.
There is one and only one way this country can go forward and that is to consign the BN to the rubbish bin where it rightfully belongs.
Anything else will be doom and gloom!

    YB,
Say if the ACA is convinced that there is a case from your evidence. Who are they going to prosecute? The UMNO/MCA/MIC Presidents?
The Officers’ increments, promotions etc is dependent on the BN.
I hear they received RM 200.00 in KL and RM100.00 when they reached Kelantan.
Again there will be no case because no one is willing to testify that they received the sum.
You have and the ACA officers have wasted their time.

Is there ANYTHING NEW THESE DAYS?????

50 years and the same story about ACA, a toothless tiger and a running dog of BN UMNOputras…

the only way to change is a total change of goverment..

To the people of Malaysia, RAShit of election commission said anytime there could be a snap election.

THIS IS THE TIME TO TOTALLY WIPE OUT UMNO AND BN. DONT EVEN GIVE THEM A SINGLE SEAT…

Let them all go to heaven or hell, whichever is nearer…

not offenced to said tat investigation may still go on…but at the end how’s the result is still needed to be judge in the future as what i had said during the last post which is bout the Kelantan giving 200 to the people..someone may get caught but who will kena??”the “big small” or the “small fish” or mayb close case which is v can see a alot had been do it in this way by giving reason “not enough evidence”…not means to said tat is waste time but at least is a try..bur for now in malaysia government culture, not easy for ACA to be same as ICAC in hongkong.

aca will never be independent and this is a fact that we have to live with it. although ‘he’ promised tat aca will be an independent body but the fact is, they will still get some instructions from ‘him’. sometimes it’s the way they think which causes all this…..friendship, ‘own people’ and malaysian are kiasi.

just see the way they work, they do not have the sincerity to investigate at all. it was all in the papers and dont tell me they do not have the internet access to check this blog, or they use the internet for another purposes? tell me, i wont be surprised to hear any of this. i had worked with some ‘large’ companies which handles a lot of those sensitive info but the ppl inside did not behave like a professionals at all, still have those ‘attitude’. surfing p**ns, sexual harassment n etc are jus normal to them, u name it, they do it….God Save Malaysia!
