After the DAP Seputeh dinner Sunday evening (17.3.2013), on my way back home I saw trees collapsed on two cars that park at road side.
I got down from the car to check on the situation with the people standing there.
I helped them to call DBKL emergency unit, then call TNB. DBKL emergency unit arrived after 20 minutes later, and TNB came 40 minutes later.
DBKL officers cut the trunk that collapsed on the car into pieces and put them at one side. They did the thing very fast. TNB then came to cut off power supply of a particular area as the tree fell on one of the wire.
I took some pix with my mobile phone and send to Datuk Bandar KL, complaint to him about the dangerous trees and urged DBKL landscape department to be more efficient and need to check all the trees in KL.
I met a group of Seputeh BN youth who came back from a BN’s function at Bandar Tun Razak. I recognised one of them who regularly whacks me in cyberspace. I took picture with them before I left. They showed “1 Malaysia” hand sign and I showed thumb down sign. I then sent the pix to minister Raja Nong Chik, their boss.
After all the hoo-ha…I reached home at 2am…what a day, what a night…
Dear Teresa…..
Regardless of our political masters, we are all fellow Malaysians at heart….. so nice to see the pix with you and the BN youths….
I took picture with them before I left. They showed “1 Malaysia” hand sign and I showed thumb down sign. – End of quote
Well done!
I mean helping the people by the roadside.
As well as giving the BN folks the thumb’s down sign!
Yeah, ALL the trees in your constituency, especially the heavily foliaged areas of Seputeh and Taman Desa must be checked for decayed trees.
